Payment

The products will be payed at the time the order is made. The online store supports credit cards and the following Finnish banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken and Ålandsbanken. We also support payment via direct deposit to our bank account.

We will mail the ordered products when we receive the payment to our account. We don’t send products on cash-on-delivery. The account number for international orders is IBAN: FI47 1023 3000 2456 59 BIC/SWIFT: NDEAFIHH. The account information for Finnish customers is Blind Spot Pictures Oy / 102330-245659.

After the payment is processed we will start processing the order during the opening hours of our store. If the customer chose to pay with direct deposit, we will reserve the products for the customers for five days. If during that time the payment doesn’t clear, we will cancel the order.

Shipping

We ship trough the Finnish postal system and Matkahuolto to deliver the orders. The delivery time is approximately two weeks. After the delivery has arrived to the post office or the local Matkahuolto office, the customer will get a notification by mail in his home address. After this notification the customer can visit the post or Matkahuolto office.

International customers will receive their order in trough their postal system.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are included in the prices of the products.

Shipping Times

Our aim is to send out the orders within a week and the delivery time is approximately two weeks. We aim to remove items that are temporarily out of stock from our web store, but if the product the customer ordered is out of stock, we will notify the customer immediately. If the customer so chooses, we can send the whole order as soon as the missing item is available again. We aim to send all the orders as one complete delivery. If we have ran out of stock on some item, and we can’t get more of the item within a reasonable time, we can send the order in several installments.

Holidays

Shipping times are longer during July. While ordering during the summer be prepared for delivery times of up to 4 weeks. We can not affect possible delays public holidays such as Easter and Christmas cause for the transfer of mail.

Returns & Replacements

Every case or returns has to be agreed on with the seller beforehand. The customer has 14 days to make a reclamation after he has received the order. We can be reached by e-mail in the address store@blindspot.fi and in Twitter under the account @Energia. A faulty item will be replaced only with a similar, non-faulty item. The seller will not reimburse shipping costs caused by a return unless the seller and the customer have agreed about the return beforehand. The seller will not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

Although the seller packages the orders carefully, sometimes packages break during delivery. For this reason it’s recommended for the buyer to check the package for possible damages right after he has received it. If the package has been damaged during delivery, the customer should complain about it right away in the post office. He should also contact the seller and agree for a new product to be delivered. According to the Finnish consumer protection laws unopened packages can be returned in for seven days.
