The products will be paid at the time the order is made. The supported payment methods are the following:
After payment the customer will receive an order confirmation. After we have received the payment we will start processing the order during the opening hours of our store.
We ship through the Finnish postal system to deliver the orders. Most of the products are sent in a normal sized envelope which will be delivered straight to customer’s delivery address. Posters and bigger orders are sent in a package that will be handled through customer’s local postal system. The usual policy is that after the delivery has arrived to the post office, the customer gets a notification by mail. With the notification, customer is able to receive the package from the post office.
We aim to send all the orders as one complete delivery. In case one of the items has ran out of stock, the order can be sent in several instalments.
The delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks (unless specified differently in the product description). The exact delivery time depends on the product and the shipping country. If the product is out of stock, the estimated delivery time is specified in the product description. If there are any changes in the delivery times, we will notify the customer immediately.
Public holidays, such as Easter and Christmas can cause delays for the transfer of mail and therefore also in the delivery times.
The shipping costs are added to the prices. The customer pays a fixed rate depending on the shipping area. The areas and shipping costs are listed below:
Area 1: Shipping to Finland 4,00 €
Area 2: Shipping to Europe 6,00 €
Area 3: Shipping outside Europe 10,00 €
Every case of returns has to be agreed on with the seller beforehand. The customer has 14 days to make reclamation after having received the order. We can be reached by e-mail at the address firstname.lastname@example.org. A faulty item will be replaced only with a similar, non-faulty item. The seller will not reimburse shipping costs caused by a return unless the seller and the customer have agreed about the return beforehand. The seller will not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
Although the seller packages the orders carefully, sometimes packages break during delivery. For this reason it’s recommended for the buyer to check the package for possible damages right after having received it. If the package has been damaged during delivery, the customer should complain about it right away in the post office. Buyer should also contact the seller and agree for a new product to be delivered. According to the Finnish consumer protection laws unopened packages can be returned in for 14 days after the order has been delivered.
